Sedona

Exploring Sedona, Arizona:

A few photos from my recent trip to Sedona, Arizona, where I went camping and hiking! As a first-time visitor to Arizona, I was beyond excited to finally explore this iconic destination known for its stunning red rock formations, vibrant sunsets, and endless outdoor adventures.

One of the highlights of my trip was waking up early one morning to hike Doe Mountain and catch the sunrise. The trail, though short, had just the right amount of incline to get my heart pumping as I climbed to the top. Once I reached the flat summit, I was rewarded with panoramic views of Sedona’s rugged beauty, and the tranquility of the moment made the effort so worth it.

As the sun crept over the horizon, the red rocks glowed in shades of orange and gold, creating a landscape that looked like it belonged in a painting. To my surprise, I spotted hot air balloons floating gracefully in the distance, adding a magical touch to an already perfect morning. Turning around, I noticed a full moon setting behind me, which was such a surreal and unexpected sight. It felt like nature had planned this breathtaking display just for me.

The vibrant colors of the Sedona sky during both sunrise and sunset were truly unforgettable. Each evening, I made it a point to find a spot to sit and watch the sun dip behind the iconic red rock formations, painting the sky in hues of pink, purple, and orange. There’s something so grounding about watching the day transition into night in such a beautiful setting—it made me feel deeply connected to the world around me.
