Arches National Park

Arches National Park quickly became one of my favorite stops during my westward road trip. From its iconic rock formations to the serenity of its trails, this park felt like stepping into another world.

I kicked off my visit with an early morning hike to Delicate Arch to catch the sunrise. Waking up before dawn was worth every step as I reached the arch just as the first rays of sunlight began to paint the landscape. The way the warm golden light illuminated the arch and the surrounding red rock created a magical moment I’ll never forget. Standing there, watching the day begin in such a breathtaking place, was both humbling and inspiring.

Afterward, I explored some of the park’s other highlights, starting with The Windows and Double Arch. The sheer scale of these formations is incredible, and wandering between them felt like walking through a natural sculpture gallery. The contrast of the deep blue sky against the red sandstone made every photo feel alive.

At Sand Dune Arch, I found a quiet escape tucked between towering rock walls. The cool, soft sand underfoot and the shade from the surrounding cliffs provided a peaceful break from the midday heat. It was the perfect spot to pause and soak in the beauty of this hidden gem.

Arches isn’t just a collection of rock formations—it’s a place that stirs something deeper. Every turn reveals a new wonder, and the memories I captured here will stay with me for a lifetime.
